I believe many fans of Darcel and Solid Gold would be glad to see her again. A reunion show or appearance would also be great.

I enjoyed reading about Darcel Wynne's story, from her background, her time with Solid Gold, and where she is today, her triumphs and tribulations. My only small complaint? I thought the book would have, and should have, covered more about her time with Solid Gold, which is what brought her the most fame and how I knew who she was (maybe a book exclusively about the Solid Gold dancers in the future?). Plus, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the show when I was a teenager. And yes, even though I thoroughly enjoyed watching her shake her backside and gyrate her hips to my teenage hormone consent back then (along with the other female dancers), I am also pleased to see that she is a wonderful human being also. Any fan of this show would enjoy reading her story.Product details

What an amazing story! To learn that nothing stopped Darcel from following her dream is the ultimate American dream!!
Hi Darcel I love Solid Gold I grew up on that show that that's one of my favorite shows I Really Miss that show I Remember Growing up in Ohio I wanted to be a Solid Gold Dancer more than anything I tried to do it But some of them l couldn't do but I did the best I could. I Ordered the solid gold DVD Collection from zeus DVDS but Haven't gotten them yet I would love to see it again it takes me back to my childhood Sincerely Stevie Austin
Sold Gold was one of my favorite shows. I always daydream about being a dancer on the show, never being Darcel, because I know better. There is only one DARCEL.
Darcel is certainly Solid Gold!! This book was a great read and a vivid spotlight into the this special, talented lady. Her journey is inspiring and testament to self confidence, motivation, and forgiveness. I highly recommend it to diehard fans of Darcel and Solid Gold!
